Please let me know the ePO version and CU applied.
I am assuming that you are using ePO 5.10 with CU 9 .
If not please try to apply CU 9 and see whether you are seeing this or not.
If yes, Please provide the Orion.log (May be a Persona Message) from ePO Server.

You also might want to make sure to run reindex script per kb67184, as a highly fragmented database can also cause deadlocks.
