Recently upgraded to 5.10 and I noticed these errors in the server log. What does this indicate? Thanks.

Hi willtest,
A quick question for you on this regarding the SQL setup you have.
Can you check the dBs compatibility level and if it is lower than 110, set 110 and verify if this 'message' is still reported please?
I suspect it will be and if so can you call into support to report this matter please?

Hawkmoon you are correc the SQL Server was already at 110.
"call into support to report this matter please?"
Just to make sure I understand, are you saying I open a case just to report this as a bug or are they supposed to start immediatly troubleshooing on my system?
When you call into support, they should start troubleshooting on your first call. It may or may not be a bug, so they would have to determine that first.

Was there ever resolution on this issue? I am seeing the same errors in server.log on our ePO 5.10 Update 5 environment.
I believe either update 1 or 2 fixed it for me. I am still on update 2 and haven't seen the issue again. If you are on update 5 and have the issue open a support case.

I would suggest opening a ticket with McAfee. Are systems not getting policies? Is it causing any impact? Are user based policies being applied? Any errors in the server log besides that one - like users not found in ldap, or datachannel errors?

ePO Build: ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 (Build 2428)
Update Installed: Update 7 (2.0.0.907)
I am seeing this problem. How do we correct this?? This only shows up for users that are not added to the preboot on their machines.
Do you see other errors, such as unable to locate user in ldap? In server settings, user policies, do you have database mirroring enabled? If not, please do. Refer to KB84683 for explanation of that feature. It is not the same thing as actual sql database mirroring.
Check also for any datachannel errors in the server log of epo or agent handler that the client is talking to.
