DB\Events\Debug stored a lot of unparsed events

Jump to solution

HI,

May I know under what conditions will the events go to db\events\debug instead of going to db\events folder? thanks.

Hi,

Events first arrive into the \DB\Events\ folder for parsing on into the ePO database.

Events successfully parsed are then deleted from \DB\Events\

Event which cannot be parsed are moved to \DB\Events\Debug\

The EventParser.log will contain references about events that do not parse successfully.

Hth.
