Hi,
I'm using ePolicy Orchestrator 5.10.0 (Build 2428) I manage 7 systems. 3 systems are not updating with the latest DAT (4189 at the moment) the rest is updating.
The Agent version 5.6.1.157. I've uninstalled the agents many times and install it again but didn't work.
I don't know how to fix this issue.
There are many reasons for those type failures. Please go through this to identify the errors you are getting.

When I want to Update now from Endpoint Security the latest DAT not updating.
After loading update configuration from: PkgCatalog.xml
Error occurred while getting point product callback component interface.
Product(s) running the latest AMCore.
I try to install it again, but my AMCore content version is 0.5, it's not updating to 4189..
Error occurred while getting point product callback component interface points to the point product not responding to the agent. Typically in that case, you might either upgrade the point product or remove/reinstall it.
