Confirmation Required on configuration

Please share the server requirements (Hardware & software) Also, please confirm on below with proper justification. 1. Windows server version 2. Database(whether we can use MySQL or another opensource DB ) 3. Cloud Support(Private) 4. Configuration 5. PR /DR support
