This doesn't work for me when I am trying to use command "net stop .\Eventparser.exe" to stop event parser service on a EC2 instance whcih is configured as AH. Its throwing an error "System error 123 has occurred."

It should simply be net stop mcafeeeventparsersrv

You need to go to task manager to get the actual service name.
