Changing database connection SQL Port number

Hi,

we're looking to move our EPO and EPOEvents databases to a new SQL server.

Once we've moved the databases and gone to the Database Configuration page, will i be allowed to change ports from 1433 to a specified port suggested by our DBA's?

yes you will be, once you access the ePO config page:

https://youreposervername:8443/core/config

make sure the "test connection" is successful before clicking on apply and restarting the ePO services
