I am working on reconfiguring our RSD, which was previously installed by a consultant, but I do have an issue saving the RSD policy. The policy has the wrong IP address for our ePO, I have already tried to duplicate the old policy, but whenever I change the IP, the Save button stays greyed out. Any ideas what may be causing it?

Are you a global admin? Did you try a different browser? Does audit log show anything relevant when trying to save it, or the orion log?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, my account does have global admin rights. I have just figured out how to resolve the issue. The original policy was created when the server had the old IP address. I have now duplicated the original McAfee Default policy and it does already have the new IP. So it looks like as if server field cannot be edited after all.
