Can't run Stinger using ePO

Jump to solution

Hi,

Today I updated Stinger on my ePO for the last version.

When I try to run it on a Windows 10 build 14393.577 PC using ePO it gives this error:

12/26/16 4:42:59 PMStarted: Sent Run Now task "Run Stinger x64" to "SUP02001811"
12/26/16 4:43:05 PMRun now task Run Stinger x64 received.
12/26/16 4:43:08 PMRun now task started.
12/26/16 4:43:11 PMRun now task Run Stinger x64 failed.
Details: Product "STIN_W649001" installation failed, reason "No qualifying product for the update"..

Any one know a reason to this error?

This is the Product Deployment task I'm using:

For giggles, try using the 86x version - I don't think isn't going to work yet you never know.

tao,

I've tried the x86 version but it didn't worked...

Funny to see that Windows 10 has been released more than a year ago and some tools doesn't support it at all...

Anyway, life goes on.

Thanks.
