Anybody knows why the ePO can't open the Show Agent Log? I have tried to disable the option " Accept connections only from the ePO server " and wake up the agent then still can't open the Show Agent Log. The ePO version is 5.3.2. Please help

As @LKS pointed out, that depends on the agent version you are running. What kind of errors do you get specifically? If the system isn't reachable or ports are not open, you will also not be able to pull up the agent log. Did you also verify that remote access to log is enabled? With the versions below the hotfix he mentioned, you should be able to pull up the logs. Otherwise you might need to use the single system troubleshooting. See KB91283
