Trying to create an agent package for Linux using the GUI. All I get is an error message that reads "An unexpected Error occurred". I can create the windows agent package with no errors.
So far we have gone into the server and looked for the agent packages for Linux and deleted them. I have ensured that the agent package is available in the Current folder in the master repo.
Thanks
What version of epo and what update version? What version of the agent and agent extension? Do you see any relevant errors in the epoapsvr log? That is located in the db\logs folder.
Also, see if this gives you any further info on the error:
logging unexpected errors.
First do this:
1- Edit server\conf\orion\orion.properties
2- Replace 'orion.exception.show.detail=false' with 'orion.exception.show.detail=true'
3- Restart Tomcat
Then reproduce the issue. Instead of "unexpected error" the console should give you a jstack trace.

if you deleted the files from the master repo using the system files instead of the ePO UI then most probably that will cause an issue as the local catalog will be corrupted, if thats the case you need to rebuilt the master repository as mentioned on the article below:
