Can't create agent package due to EPO 5.10 Error

Hello, when I try to create an Agemnt package for my internal customer I get the error: New agent package is being built. Retry after few seconds. It's been for a long time already. I've restarted the EPO services, but no luck. I am unable to install McAfee agent for my customer. Please see MER attached. Thank you, Andrzeh

Re: Can't create agent package due to EPO 5.10 Error

There was no mer attached, but that is good - I don't recommend posting something like that on a public forum that has sensitive internal information in it. The epoapsvr log would be best to look at for that (epo install directory\db\logs). You would need to determine which agent package specifically it is having to keep rebuilding. It shouldn't be doing that and typically that happens when there are frequent changes to the sitelist. First determine if sitelist is changing, then find out why - assigning a superagent policy to entire system tree by mistake will do that, for example.
