Did you try checking in packages at later time ? If so, and you're getting same warning, check if is there any Master Pull task in pending status since long. You might be able to terminate it and try the check-in again.
Another workaround would be to terminate the McAfee Application service, let it terminate by itself and do not force by manually terminating it. Then restart the service and try the check-in again.
