Log files for what - epo or sql? If epo, they are in server\logs folder where epo is installed as well as apache2\logs. You can also clear out old logs in windows\temp\mcafeelogs.
As for sql logs, that all depends on where you have installed sql. The sql install directory should have a logs folder. I am referring to actual log files, not transaction logs for the database.

If epo, you can also look in the events\debug folder where epo is installed and clear those out.

I personally like using a 3rd party tool called WinDirStat, it has a free version out there and it helps you understand what's consuming space on any drive.
would you run that on the server so that we can see what exactly is consuming space? depending on what's consuming space we can advice further
Regards
Alejandro
