Buffer OverFlow Protection preventing windows media player from opening

Hi,

I have ePO 4.0 pathc 2 and VSE 8.5i with patch 8 in my network. Whenever users try opening media files in windows media player, Mcafee gives a BO warning and media player does not play the files. What could be the problem?

If you look at the on access log what does it give for the reason its blocking it? You might be able to modify that setting in the on access to have it report instead of block.
