Using CSR with ePO (couldn't find a CSR dedicated forum so posting here).

Is there a way to modify this above the options they provide?  Currently, the highest I can choose is 5 minutes.  I'd rather have it calculate the total time.  Having it in 5 minute increments makes reports way too long.  I don't understand why this is even a thing even after reading McAfee's logic from their documentation.  I'd rather it show how long the page was open regardless if McAfee feels the user "probably did not spend more than x time viewing a single webpage."

Currently, when I edit the browse time it is in drop-down box format only and the most I can choose is 5 minutes.  Can I disable this and have it not limit the browse time per event?

Hi tribunal,

If the UI only offers a maximum time of 5 mins, that would be the 'current' highest time limit allowed that can be defined.

You can submit a 'Product Idea' to have this reviewed and considered to have it increased if you wish!
