Blank Agents from ePO Console

Good morning peeps and happy Friday! We are running ePO 5.10.1 and MacBooks as endpoints. I noticed this morning there are several machines that are no longer visible. When I click on the alleged machine we get an "An error occurred while retrieving the requested data." Has anyone encountered this before? Thanks, L

Have you opened a ticket to get the Update 1 that has been released?  Currently it is only available by opening an SR for a period of time.  Update 2 will also be coming out general release Nov 13th, so you might want to wait for that.  Hopefully that won't be delayed.
