Of course.

You should create a report in the Queries & Reports section (or use a pre-defined one if it suits your needs). Then you can schedule its execution through the "Server Tasks" section.

Among others, handling it through "Server Tasks" allows you to automatically distribute the reports via. Email once they're complete.
