Automatic Response from Audit Log ?

I would like to kick off an Automatic Response whenever a new machine shows up in ePO.  In the audit log I see 'New system'  under Action. Is there a way to leverage this information?

I tried using RSD but it's not consistent.  ePO 4.61. Thanks.
