Automated Complete Uninstall followed by re-install

We suspect we are homing in on a new issue with McAfee Agent (Various) and ENS ATP (Various) were the McAfee Scanner Service is using constant higher than normal CPU (30-50% constantly). It looks very similar to the old VirusScan Syscore issue and I'm convinced as the in the case of the Syscore issue, its related to the upgrading of McAfee products. It is resolved by completely uninstalling Agent and ENS, then re-installing. I am aware that Installation designer is only for VirusScan, Is there something that will automate the task sequence of uninstalling everything, then re-install for 14,000 systems?

The problem is with any syscore issues is that it requires a reboot in between uninstall and reinstall.  Are you sure that is a necessary process?  Have you checked with the ens team to see what might be causing the high cpu?  There is a package designer similar to installation designer for ENS.  Otherwise you would set up 2 separate tasks in epo - one for removal, one for reinstall maybe about 15 minutes apart.  But again, not sure if that would really resolve the issue, as previous syscore components left behind could prevent reinstall or reintroduce the issue.
