Attempting to install agent on devices

I go to my epolicy orchestrator and clicked install agent and I received the following error: "No McAfee Agent was found for your operating system. A proper Agent package needs to be present in your Master Repository for the Default Installation to succeed. You can use the Custom Installation option to proceed." I then clicked Custom Installation and then received the following message: "No valid agents installed in the Master Repository." I recently purchased 5 additional licensees to my existing subscription and I wanted to start installing on unprotected devices. Please advise.

Try checking now, this has been reported and it is fixed now.

Please check whether you are seeing the same issue or not.

If yes please open a Service Request immediately and do send me the email id to me over the personal message.

But afaik this has been fixed now.

Is this epo cloud, mvision or on premise epo?  If you go to master repository, is there an agent checked in for the OS that you are trying to deploy to?
