Assigning a Client Task

I have created two client tasks below:

1.)  A client task for uninstalling DLP Endpoint

2.) A client task for installing DLP Endpoint

I created both of these client tasks within a sub-group folder in the Systems Tree called  "Windows Upgrade."

I have placed the systems I need into the Windows Upgrade Group.

At this point, is where I need help.   I'd like to assign my client task for uninstalling DLP Endpoint to ten of those systems.  How would I go about doing this?  Thank you kindly in advance for your help!

Re: Assigning a Client Task

If I understood correctly you have one sub group named: test and in this group you want only 10 systems with uninstall task rather it applied to complete group.

If this is the query answer is as below.

Go to TAG catalog and create new TAG named: UNINSTALL_DLP, and dont set any criteria just click okay with the tag creation.

Now go to the group and select all 10 systems and apply the TAG named: UNINSTALL_DLP, from system tree- Actions - TAG - Apply TAG and apply the above TAG.

Go to group Assigned Client tasks tab and click on new task and select the McAfee Agent - product deployment and select the DLP uninstall TASK and

The below option helps to select the TAG applied systems to get this task assigned

Has any of these tags: None edit
And has none of these tags: None edit

I hope by this you can achieve to remove DLP for these systems.
