Hello Team,
I have moved mcafee ePO 5.3.2 from C to E drive with the below KB
https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB71078.
After this, the apache service is not starting up.
In event viewer i'm able to see that "unable to rotate the logs"
below is the error in event viewer
"The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> (OS 2)The system cannot find the file specified. : AH00089: Couldn't start ErrorLog process 'E:/ePO 5.3.2/Apache2/bin/rotatelogs.exe -l E:/ePO 5.3.2/Apache2/logs/errorlog.%Y-%m-%d 86400'".
I also know that ePO 5.3.2 has reached EOL and needs to be upgraded to 5.9 or 5.10. But, when i run the pre-installation Auditor tool it shows that "You do not have enough disk space available ".
I do not have enough space to increase space in C Drive. Hence moved to E drive post which this issue is occurring.
Also, the ePO server is physical one and not in VM. It is also hosted in AWS and we are accessing the ePO console through public IP.
Kindly help me out on priority
Thanks & Regards

Hello team,
Adding an update.
I also do not have server snapshot to restore it.
The ePO server is connected to external network, but we are accessing the ePO console through public IP.
Kindly help me out on priority.
Thanks & Regards

Moved to ePO as appropriate
I would go through that kb again and make sure every required file is pointing to the correct path and that 8.3 naming convention is enabled.
Otherwise you may have to open a ticket with McAfee so we can look into it.
