Any reason to keep old software in ePO 4 repository

Jump to solution

Hi,

We updated to all servers and clients VSE and Antispyware from 8.5i to 8.7i. I just realized that our repository still has the 8.5 software. There is no option to move it to a "previous" branch. Is there any reason to keep it or can I delete it?

If I want to be extra cautious, what is the Program Files\...\ path and I'll copy it to an archive location.

Thank you

Kim

If you don't need it by all means remove it (using the ePO GUI - please don't just delete the files.)

As long as you have the original install package you can always check it in again if required.
