The epoapsvr log in db\logs directory where epo is installed will show possible cause of pull failure. Do you have a proxy in your environment? Are you pulling from the update**personal information omitted**.com site or some other source site? Can you get to update**personal information omitted**.com/products/commonupdater site in the browser? If so, in internet options, connections lan settings, is anything at all checked for proxy? If so, uncheck everything and try again. If it fails, then you have a proxy that you need to configure in epo console server settings, proxy.
