Dear experts,
I pushed Agent installation ver. 5.7.4.399 over ver. 5.7.3.254. After a few minutes, ePO shows that installation was successful. Then I send one wake-up call to the agent which also pass successfully but when I check product list for the particular station, it always shows old version of Agent (5.7.3.254). So, please advice me what could be the workaround for solving of this issue...

have you also check in the MA extension version 5.7.4?
If you have then could you please check if indeed the agent is upgraded successfully on one node?

Is the client you were trying to reach communicating successfully? If not, then as suggested in other post, change agent contact method and make sure IP is last. Otherwise you might have issues with dns not updating properly to resolve the clients.
