Hello @Rance

Thanks for your post.

please let us know what exactly you are trying to achieve?

If Agent installation is getting failed in that case we need to check the logs.

Where exactly you want to change the credentials?

Re: Agent handler fails to install McAfee Agent due to using sudo

I'm attempting to use Agent Handler to push the Agent to new rhel servers. It took me a couple of failed attempts before I checked the logs for the install and discovered the reason that it failed is because Agent Handler is using sudo to elevate privileges for the purpose of the install. The credentials are fine and Handler will log in smoothly but the next step where Handler attempts to use sudo fails. We've unfortunately had to disable sudo due to local policy.

I don't see any reference to the issue "SSH Output: bash: sudo: command not found"? This just appears to be for if there is an issue with the users account.

understood, then what is the issue you are facing? the only credentials that you can change from the agent handler to deploy an agent via SSH are the credentials i have mentioned on my previous screenshot

Re: Agent handler fails to install McAfee Agent due to using sudo

So it sounds like there is no solution to this problem since Agent Handler requires sudo and there is no way to change that to dzdo su.
