Agent failed to communicate with EPO Server.

Guys,

I need some help regarding my EPO 4.5 Agent. It tells that the Agent failed to communicate with ePO Server. Also when I try ping the system, it tells that it fails to determine host ip address .

I already check the ports need for the client and the server to communicate and it is listening. Failed.png

                  You may be better assisted if this thread was provisionally moved to a more appropriate area, opposed to being in the Consumer Community. Quite possibly a fellow Moderator will pick up this thread and do just that.

Hi,

Please get the server log from ePO server from C:\Program files\McAfee\EPO\DB\Logs

I am able to see lots of authentication error logs. PFA.

If possible, Can you please cross check the credentials once.
