Agent does not appear in ePO after transfer

Hello,

We are transferring system from ePO 5.3 to 5.10 and after the transfer the Agent does not appear in the new ePO if the client was connected to the ePO 5.3 via VPN.

In eP 5.3 AUDIT Log :
Details: "XYZ" marked for transfer to XYZ (new ePO name)
Success: Succeeded

In ePO 5.10 AUDIT Log I see the following:

Matched by "MAC address only", GUID: "XYZ", name:  XYZ", MAC address: "XYZ", domain: "XYZ", platform: "Windows 10:10:0:0", allow "1" 

As I understand the transfer was successful but the system is not in the ePO 5.10. We have already transferred 7000 systems without problem, we are experiencing this issue only if the client is connected to ePO via VPN during the transfer.

You might need to check agent log (masvc log) on the client to see what the communication errors would be.  Since only vpn systems are affected, that might point to a firewall issue or ssl inspection.  You might want to have network team check those logs.

Hello @Zebu \

Thanks for your post.

What if you are going on one machine and clicking on collect and send props in Agent Status Monitor for testing purpose and see whether the machine is coming or not.
