A: Yes, Agent Handler works as repository.
2) All clients will connect in the agent-handler to download updates and policies, correct?
A: Correct. Make sure that you have Assignment rule created in AH page and direct machines to communicate to particular AH/AHs.
3) In which folder does the agent-handler save the updates?
A: Repocache folder (\Agent Handler\DB\RepoCache).
4) Using an agent-handler the super-agent is not necessary, correct?
A: Super Agent distributed repository is not needed if using AH but in case you want to user Super Agent function then you can have both (AH and SA).

Even though the capability is there for superagent on an agent handler, it is not recommended and unnecessary.

In the repository policy, only the master epo server will show (and any distributed repositories if you have them). The agent handlers are not in that policy because they are considered the master repository. So if epo itself is enabled, so are the agent handlers and the clients will use whatever server it is talking to, whether it is epo or the agent handler.
