Hi all
Well. . i never like interrupting the wizard. . .
But basically, when i try and install an Agent Handler i get an error saying the install has been interrupted, but get no other error. The only option is to look into the temp file install logs McAfee logs the install actions too.
Agent Handler is in DMZ (not part of a domain), with relevant ports pinholed back through to EPO Server and DB Server (part of same domain). DMZ Agent Handler has a host file entry for name resolution of database server (i dont think it should be needed but i did it anyway)
1) Install Package is 4.5 P3. Same version as Main EPO Server
2) Being executed as Local Administrator
3) Full rights to temp files etc
4) No 'Access Protection' violations that i 'can see', although, they may be occuring but not logged (AV is managed by hosting provider so i cannot disable easily)
5) SQL Dynamic port is not in use. 1433 is set.

Any Ideas? Looks like something to do with db.properties . . though a file called dbproperties is created in C:\Documents and Settings\epoadmin.DEFMLEPODB01\Local Settings\Temp\{BFF455B5-5A32-4E14-BDB3-2FECA6CE2718}\db which contains database config infomation.
