After upgrade to ePO 5.10 Update 10 port 8443 doesn't work

Hello,

Today we upgraded to ePO 5.10 Update 10. The upgrade went fine but after the installation was completed EPO no longer responds on port 8443. It just times out. The service is running and the port is showing up in netstat.

Working with support on getting this resolved. EPO itself does appear to be running there is just no UI.

Nevermind, it looks like it deleted the firewall rule that allowed my PC to connect on 8443. LOL.. why!?

Thanks for your response.

This is known issue and will get fixed in ePO 5.10 CU 11

We do have a KB for the same.

For now we have to update the firewall rules manually.
