Access Protection ENS - Digital signature blocking

I am trying to block an application by the ENS (ACCESS PROTECTION) policy using digital signature, I am not able to create the rule for blocking.

What information should I place the issuer or applicant? How should the information below be within the policy?

CN = GlobalSign CodeSigning CA - SHA256 - G2

O = GlobalSign nv-sa

C = BE
