API call: getClientRegistrationToken server tasks running for days

Jump to solution

I have 6 server tasks that have been in progress  for over 9 days.

All started at the same time and are API call: getClientRegistrationToken

Source is CloudBridge. I tried ending these tasks but nothing happened.

Is there a quick fix to stop these tasks or should I put in a support call?

Hello @ChrisQ

Thanks for your post.

I would like to request you to please try to start and stop the services and see whether the tasks are getting cleared or not from in progress.

If not please open a support call so they can check and assist you further,Might be they will run few queries to kill the task from the database.

When you stop services, don't kill the tomcat process no matter how long it takes.  If you do, the tasks might just get re-queued and start up again.

Thanks @vivs  and @cdinet, I'd tried a reboot but that didn't clear the tasks, a restarting of the services, leaving them as long as they took to restart did it.
