AD Synchronisation Add extra OU

Hi all,

We are currently using AD synchronisation which pulls the structure of our AD OU's and this is great for AD connected machines.  We also have a number of linux Servers that appear in the Lost&Found OU under my organisation as they are non-AD connected machines.

Is it possible to create a new OU under my organisation that stays resident after an AD synch ?

From what i see, only new OU's created under Lost&Found stay resident after a synch has been performed.

Thanks in advance

Re: AD Synchronisation Add extra OU

I think i have answered my own question,

IIhave AD synch configured on the My organisation OU so it pulls an exact copy excluding empty OU's.

If i split it out and create stand alone OU's and synch what i need to into the specific OU created.

Ignore my post !!! haha
