I've had no luck located the source of a problem with ePO 5.10 on-prem syncing with our LDAP server. Connection to server was tested and succeeded. I have a screenshot of the server task log attached and the red bordered areas are of concern. Even though they list "succeeded", there are no updates to the membership in our ePO with ADUC.
With the successful server test communication, and checking the service account password and all, still failing. I am lost on this one.

i would remove that screenshot as you can see some personal data in it.
At the time of the AD sync you will have to see the Orion log and see which OU failed to synchronized, the Orion log will contain a lot of information, if you need help reviewing this please open a request with support and we can help you analyse this log
