4.6.9 upgrade

It's taken some time, but I'm finally ready to upgrade our ePO from 4.6.9 to 5.x.

I'm also moving from an old Server 2003 32 bit sever to a 2008 R2 64 bit server.  (Yeah, I know I should be going to 2012, but I use what I'm provided.)

I've already migrated my DB to a SQL 2012 instance, so I should be good to go as far as the DB is concerned.

Any advice on the best way to do the actual ePO software?  I've no experience with the Upgrade Compatibility Tool so I'm not sure if there are version restrictions that may come into play.

I've no real issue with doing it the old way:  Loading the 5.x on the new server then importing over the components from the old server.

So, any thoughts on which process I should use to get to the latest version?
