This is just a short note to supplement Moderator Ex-Brit's post to you above.
I've just checked your site a few minutes ago and the McAfee SiteAdvisor ratings are now showing all green, so it appears the issue you were having has been resolved now. I also went through every link on your site and got no alerts of any kind either.
* As Moderator Peter (Ex-Brit) mentioned, early in this discussion, it usually takes significant time to finally get one's website SiteAdvisor rating changed simply due to the sheer volume (some 60 million) customers McAfee has. As you have observed, and mentioned in your post here...there are many other website owners who encounter this same issue, thus the SiteAdvisor (SA for short) staff are working as diligently and quickly as possible to resolve everyone's issues.
In closing, I'm pleased to see the issue you were having has now been resolved with Moderator Peter's (Ex-Brit) help and the information he provided!

We have submitted the link for review and raised the ticket [#1914136]. These requests will be addressed within an average of 3-5 business days with some requests requiring additional review and taking longer. We will keep you updated.
It takes time but I am surprised they haven't got in touch with you. Are you sure there are no emails in your spam or junk mail folders?
Contact Customer Service and complain.
