Jump to solution

Hi,

I got this information that few people are not able to open our website.

They got this error Website status: Slightly risky

https://www.siteadvisor.com/sitereport.html?url=https://quadrapay.com/#

I checked Securi https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/quadrapay.com

http://labs.sucuri.net/?blacklist=quadrapay.com

Saw all green Nothing in red

Steps already taken

Scanned Cpanel with built in Clam AV Nothing found

Websites Securi and wordfence could not find any thing

The only grey area i could find was

https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-us/threat-intelligence.iptc.html?vid=104.24.105.79

May i request you to relook at the issue. I have already escalated the issue to the hosting company.

Thanks

Good Day

We got this response from our hosting company

Hello,

Thank you for contacting A2 Hosting Support! I am sorry to hear of the issues you are facing with the flagging of your account as potentially harmful by McAfee. I have run a hacked file scan on your account which yielded no hits. I have also used two 3rd party services to check the account for malware or infection. You can see these results below:

https://www.virustotal.com/en/url/41dc5d9d404efa339d2f707519edd19923928431b2fe21cfa3cf5e2eb0497fc7/a...

https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/quadrapay.com

Although there were no compromised or infected files found I am seeing the warning that McAfee has issued for your site:

http://www.siteadvisor.com/sitereport.html?url=www.quadrapay.com

It looks like McAfee has flagged the site as potentially containing potentially infected files. You will need to contact McAfee using their form and request they remove this warning for your domain or to provide you with more specific information on the issues they have with your website content:

Best Regards,
