WebAdvsior question

I have a problem with the WebAdvisor browser extension. I run the site (RecRoomPick.com). I had a green lock icon next to the URL line on my site, but now it's gone. It still appears on some other sites, but not on mine. When I check the site from the office computer, everything is fine, what's the problem? I tried to reinstall the plugin, but it didn't help. What's the problem?
