Hi catdaddy,

Yes, I did all that. In fact, I have been submitting a ticket several times already since 4 years ago and there seems to be nobody is looking into it. My tickets were removed without even sending me an email nor a notification that my ticket has been responded to or not.

So, I tried re-submitting a request for review/removal on November 6, 2015 (last year), but my request ended up to nothing again. This was the ticket # being submitted: Ticket ID #1113783. And just recently, I submitted another request in hopes that McAfee will attend to it this time.

Here are my new tickets:

I would like to express my sincere thanks for your help in contacting McAfee team to resolve my issue.

Thank you also to and for your assistance. You guys are very helpful.

My domain is now clean from any malware issues and malicious records/blacklists.
