infinite proxy loop

Some of the business users are getting the warning "infinite proxy loop the request should not be filtered more than once"

According to the article:

this configuration can be deactivated from the appliance,

What would be the negative impact if I deactivate the configuration?
 Any different recommendations to avoid this?

No clue what they're doing with permissions.

Uploaded is a copy of that document that a McAfee support engineer forwarded to me within the context of a service request.

I'm guessing it's okay to share this, if not please remove it.

But a lot of knowledge just got lost through these forum movements and someone should really be restoring it.
