hybrid synchronisation failed

hi team,

we want to configure a hybrid proxy, we have configured all the requirements (client ID, link port ...) but the synchronization failed with this error :

Starting policy synchronization
Policy synchronization failed: Web Service responds on a version request:
Version check failed. Failed to connect to host: c1199378030.saasprotection.com. errno: 107 - 'Transport endpoint is not connected' on socketfd 8 Failed to query SaaS version: could not establish connection
Canceled synchronization.

Re: hybrid synchronisation failed

lo @OussamaHAMDI,

"could not establish connection" sound very clear to me. I would trubleshoot this with a tcpdump on network level. So start tcpdump, reproduce issue and then stop it. Then check if the connection can be established or not. If the connection really fails (e.g. TCP handshake cannot be performed), then I would check your internal network to see if these packets can reach the cloud or if something stucks in network.

If more help is needed, I would suggest to open a SR and attach feedback file and tcdump there as this is too sensitive for community.
