We received a few requests to unblock the website which is timing out on our users. Upon investigating we found the website owners are blocking our IPs and We have moved users to our Canadian PoP to resolve this. Can you please look into this?

Hello @User39220695,

sorry for late reply. This should be directed to a SR with support so that they can forward this properly to engineering as they handle the cloud POPs and can do further tests and if necessary contact the website owner or ISP for example.

As this is long time ago, you may have done this or it was automatically done by system.
