After we update to chrome 58 we are having problems with some https web page, one of them is facebook, I get this error

I solved the issue by re-generating the certificate after updgrade to the version 7.7
What does the certificate look like if you inspect it? Hit F12, then go to the security tab.
Also what is the URL shown?

nailed it on the head, I have filed a case with development about this issue. It looks like it would only impact blocked sites.
any way to create a certificate with the required extension? Our customers won't accept this
