false detect

Hello,

i'm programmer and my product is detected as "Heuristic.BehavesLike.Win32.Suspicious-BAY.O"

it's part of product, only exe for down update

Tool GetSusp don't find nothing. Cannot send it.

GetSusp wouldn't find anything if VirusScan has already quarantined it.  You would have to disable VirusScan then reinstate it from quarantine.

By the way are you using McAfee GW Edition?

I use a real antivirus.

only some user use mcafee and have problem every time.

Real antivirus?  Well as VirusTotal says it only applied to McAfee GW Edition I have moved this thread there where perhaps someone with more knowledge of the product.

Is there a mechanism where we can submit a URL rather than having to download the false positive file and submit it?
