Windows Domain Membership - only 1 can connect

Hello Everyone,

I am not sure if this is normal, but I am running a cluster of MWG ver 7.7

I've gotten the alert : The following domain(s) cant be contacted: xxx/com (Orgin : Authentication, ID 903, 27 times with in 78 minutes)

It seems that when I remove and join both of the vm's to the domain the circle turns green (both of them), but an hour later the which ever gateway I joined first turns red.

The Domain controller is in the same network and I can ping it from the troubleshoot page.

can anyone shed some light on this?

Hi Krunk,

It sounds like you're joining both MWGs to the domain with the same account name.

Each MWG needs a unique account name. When you join the domain, a computer account is created on the domain and we're using that "computer" when we validate user credentials.

It sounds like you're joining both MWGs to the domain with the same account name.

Each MWG needs a unique account name. When you join the domain, a computer account is created on the domain and we're using that "computer" when we validate user credentials.
