Whitelisting doesn't work

Hi,

In our company I can't get the whitelisting to work. When I add an url to the global whitelist, the whitelist seems to get bypassed in the tracing and still getting blocked by a rule later in the tree.  

Hope someone can help me

Hi Donnie,

Hope you are doing well.

The whitelist entry of *www.telf.ch* in Global Whitelist looks to be correct in order to allow traffic for URL http://www.telf.ch/

It is seen that some how this entry is not triggerred. I see their are 2 devices in central management , are both devices in synced?  Can you please confirm? Is the traffic getting blocked from both devices after adding this entry in Global Whitelist.

Hey Alok Sarda,

Thanks for your reply, meanwhile I tested the first proxy server's IP in the proxy settings of my browser and....the url worked! But..When I put in the second IP, it Didn't work. When I put in the IP of the loadbalancer, it didn't work either. How can I check if both nodes got the same information?
