Yesterday we had an issue where users couldn't access BlackBoard online learning platform due to it requiring the use of WebSockets to connect, I managed to resolve that by adding in a WebSocket rule set to our on premise Web Gateway and that works fine...on premise
Despite a successful sync of our policies to MWG Cloud users have found the site is unable to connect if they are off site (e.g. their device MCP is then routing through MWG Cloud servers), how would I go about resolving this? For now I've had to just uninstall MCP from the affected users which obviously isn't ideal longer term!
