Web Reporter Log Flush

Jump to solution

I'm trying to delete all of the current MWG7 logs out of the Web Reporter, because our organization is giving everyone a sort of clean slate on there browsing history. I can't quite seem to get it done, though. Any ideas on what to do?

TIA!

If you are using an external DB:

1) Take the DB offline in Web Reporter.

2) Go to your DB administration interface and drop the database

3) Create a new DB using the same name

4) Bring the DB onlin in Web Reporter. It will create new tables.

If you are using the internal DB:

You can do the same as above if you download and install a MySQL client. (db name: reporting,     user: dba,   password: dba)

Or you can just use DB maintenance, manual task to delete data.
